Chocolate Mousse
Ingredients
6 oz : 120 g Semi sweet grated chocolate.
6 : 6 Eggs
1/4 tsp : 1 ml Salt
Preperation
- Melt the Chocolate in a double boiler.
- Cool slightly.
- Beat the egg yolks until light and thick.
- Gradually stir in the melted chocolate.
- Whip the egg whites with the salt until stiff.
- Gently fold into the mixture.
- Spoon the mousse into serving dishes, cover with plastic wrap and chill for about 6 hours.
