Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients

6 oz : 120 g Semi sweet grated chocolate.
6 : 6 Eggs
1/4 tsp : 1 ml Salt


Preperation

  1. Melt the Chocolate in a double boiler.
  2. Cool slightly.
  3. Beat the egg yolks until light and thick.
  4. Gradually stir in the melted chocolate.
  5. Whip the egg whites with the salt until stiff.
  6. Gently fold into the mixture.
  7. Spoon the mousse into serving dishes, cover with plastic wrap and chill for about 6 hours.
